Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 107/2023 approves the transfer of land to the Thirty-Second Investment Zone in Abu Dhabi for the Ramhan Island project. The land dimensions are specified in the attachment to the decision. The Department of Municipalities and Transport will determine the controls for foreign ownership, which should not exceed 25%. The Department is also instructed to take necessary measures in accordance with applicable regulations. The decision was issued on July 12, 2023, and published in the Official Gazette Issue No. 7, Page 9.
